Service change due to lockdown

In response to the Greater Brisbane lockdown, our public access phone service (3005 7000 and 1800 068 908) will close today at 1.45pm.
The Office will continue to accept online complaints made via the website and written complaints. Complaints already received will continue to be managed according to the usual processes.
Phone access will be available as usual from Monday, between 9.00am- 4.00pm on business days.
