Disclosure log

Our disclosure log includes a list of documents released under the Right to Information Act 2009 which do not include personal information of the applicant. Section 78B of the RTI Act prohibits disclosure of some types of information in  a disclosure log. We progressively publish documents released under the RTI Act in our disclosure log.

To date, few documents have been considered suitable for inclusion in the disclosure log, as most applications to the Queensland Ombudsman are for applicants’ own personal information.
