Model public interest disclosure procedure

The PID Act requires agencies to:

• have reasonable procedures for dealing with PIDs; and
• publish their PID procedure on an easily accessible public webpage. 

The following Model PID Procedure template aligns with the requirements of the PID Act and Standards and is designed to assist agencies meet their legislative obligations.
