Community education

People reach out to community organisations or advocacy groups for help when they have a problem. To help you guide your clients through the complaints process, we offer free information sessions.

Our team of trainers can visit your organisation to discuss:

  • why complaints are important
  • the role and function of the Ombudsman
  • how to make a complaint on behalf of someone
  • the right organisation to make a complaint to

Information sessions can also be tailored to schools, Members of Parliament, government agencies, local councils, and universities. Email us for more information or to book a session.

We also publish Community Perspective, a newsletter for community and advocacy groups and officers in community services. Subscribe today!
