Usual phone hours from 30 March

As of 9.30am on Wednesday 30 March, we re-established usual hours for our public access phone line. Calls to 3005 7000 will be answered between 9.30am-4.00pm on business days, and between 10.30-11.30am, and 2.00-4.00pm on the last Thursday of each month.
Office phone services are fully transitioned back after the temporary closure due to flooding and CBD power outage.
Throughout the closure people could still make a complaint using the online form; or put their complaint in writing and mail it to: Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Box 3314, Brisbane, QLD 4001.
