Phone contact resumed on Thursday 17 March

As of 9.30am on Thursday 17 March, we re-opened our public access phone line. Calls to 3005 7000 will be answered between 9.30-11.30am, and 2.00-4.00pm on business days.

Office services are transitioning back after the temporary closure due to flooding and CBD power outage.

Throughout the closure people could still make a complaint using the online form; or put their complaint in writing and mail it to: Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Box 3314, Brisbane, QLD 4001.
