Limited services resuming after flood damage

We are progressively resuming our services after experiencing flood damage to the building.
Our complaint phone line is closed and we are not currently accepting complaints made in person at our Office.
You can still make a complaint using the online form; or put your complaint in writing and
mail it to: Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Box 3314, Brisbane, QLD 4001.
