COVID Safe complaints services

The Office is continuing to accept complaints online, by phone and in writing.
To support public health and workplace health and safety, the Office is not offering a counter service for ‘walk-in’ complaints.
Phone services will be available during usual hours on business days. Further details here.
Complaints already received will continue to be managed according to the usual processes.
The Office continues to offer COVID Safe training services. Where training sessions are booked, our training team will be in contact to discuss arrangements. Or you can contact the team by email.
