One of our core functions is to handle complaints about the decisions and actions of Queensland State and local government agencies.
We encourage you to try to resolve your complaint with the agency concerned first. Most public agencies have established complaint handling processes. They can provide you with advice on how to make a complaint or seek a review of the decision you are unhappy with.
If you are not satisfied with their response or there is undue delay in dealing with your complaint, you can complain to the Queensland Ombudsman.
