Ownership Transfer Fee Report (2013) This investigation reviewed the lawfulness of the amount charged by Brisbane City Council for its ownership transfer fee. The investigation found that the amount of the fee was not properly fixed by the council in accordance with the City of Brisbane Act 2010. The council rejected the finding that the fee was not lawfully imposed and did not implement the recommendations made in the report. The report was released on 18 December 2013.
