Councillor Code of Conduct Report (2007) This investigation considered the Redland Shire Council’s management of a complaint against a councillor. The Ombudsman made recommendations to help the council improve its internal processes when handling complaints against councillors under its Code of Conduct, as well as recommending changes to the Local Government Act.
