Ombudsman Recommendations to Councils Report (2012) This investigation reviewed whether councils adequately implemented Ombudsman recommendations contained in reports of investigations conducted between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2010. The report contained the results of a survey of councils regarding whether the implemented recommendations improved council’s administrative process, and found that 92% of recommendations made to councils were implemented.
