Do you make administrative decisions for government services? Have you ever seen wrongdoing in government and not known what to do with it? 

Our free online training will help you:

• Gain confidence in your ability to use a framework to make fair, defensible and consistent decisions in public administration
• Grow your skills to know what a public interest disclosure (PID) is, how to make one, and understand what protections and responsibilities apply. Making a PID is sometimes called ‘whistleblowing’.

This training is particularly useful if you are: 

• new to government
• early in your government career
• experienced, but needing a refresher.

Previously released for a pilot period, we incorporated user feedback and listened to the request to keep access free. That pilot period has ended, and this training is now being promoted to all government sectors. There are now no restrictions on user numbers. Everyone can access this relevant training for free.

Use the attitude of mastery to take a continuous improvement approach to learning. Come back and brush up on essential skills as often as needed to reinforce the practices and your understanding.
