Regulation of Mine Safety in Queensland Report (2008) This investigation reviewed the Queensland Mines Inspectorate (QMI) and whether it was adequately performing its role. The investigation found that the administrative actions of the QMI were reasonable; however, recommendations were made in relation to its recordkeeping processes.
