Public sector ethics training (Brisbane)
The interactive course challenges participants with ethical questions in various scenarios. You will work through individual and group activities relating to conflicts of interest, appropriate use of your position and recordkeeping. You will learn how to make ethical decisions that take into account key public sector values such as integrity, impartiality, accountability and transparency.
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- identify ethical dilemmas
- consider conflicts of interest and other factors before making a decision
- promote an organisational culture that values high ethical standards.
