Good Decisions Training and
Complaints Management Training to State government agencies and local councils across Queensland.
We
travel regionally and can also develop a tailored program as part of
induction training for agencies or councils.

Combined agency training sessions
If you are interested in participating in a Complaints Management or Good Decisions Training session, or know of other officers who may benefit from it - we are hosting a series of open training sessions (combined agencies) that individual officers can book in to.
