Good Decisions Training and
Complaints Management Training to State government agencies and local councils across Queensland.
We
travel regionally and can also develop a tailored program as part of
induction training for agencies or councils.

Combined agency training sessions
If you are interested in participating in a Good Decisions or Complaints Management Training session, or know of other officers who may benefit from it - we are hosting a series of open training sessions (combined agencies) that individual officers can book in to.
The open training session dates are as follows
- Good Decisions Training -Thursday 11 September 2008
- Complaints Management Training Internal Review Officers - Thursday 18 September
- Complaints Management Training Frontline Officers - Wednesday 8 October
