Our Perspective newsletters provide news, tips and advice on good decision-making and complaint management. The newsletters are distributed electronically to state and local government officers, public sector legal practitioners, corrections officers and the community.

State Perspective and Local Perspective inform key decision makers while Legal Perspective is targeted at public sector practitioners and private lawyers with public sector clients. Corrections Perspective is tailored specifically for officers in Queensland Corrective Services and the newly launched Community Perspective newsletter provides information to advocacy groups, community groups and community officers about the role of the Ombudsman, complaints processes and services.

State Perspective and Local Perspective are published three times a year, while Legal Perspective , Corrections Perspective and Community Perspective are published twice a year.

Legal Perspective - for public and private sector lawyers
Corrections Perspective - for officers in Queensland Corrective Services 
Community Perspective - for community and advocacy groups and officers
