Better Decisions Project Report
This report provides Queensland public sector agencies with a standardised framework against which they can benchmark their administrative decision-making systems.
The report resulted from the ‘The Better Decisions Project’ which was established in April 2003 by the Department of Tourism, Fair Trading and Wine Industry Development (DTFTWID), in partnership with the Queensland Ombudsman and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
The Better Decisions Framework described in the report is primarily intended to be a guide for officers involved in the design and establishment of new administrative decision-making systems, and officers participating in substantial reviews of existing systems.
