Brisbane City Council's Tennyson Reach Parkland Transactions Report (2013) This investigation centred on council transactions with Mirvac Queensland Pty Ltd regarding the purchase of land at Tennyson Reach and whether the council had achieved value for money with the purchase. The report concluded that the council had acted reasonably regarding the purchase of the land and for the contracting of the design and construction of the parkland.
