If you are still unhappy with the agency’s decision or response, you can complain to our Office in person, in writing (post, fax or email) by phone or online.
Your complaint should include:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- A concise summary of your complaint – who was involved, what, when and where it happened, and why the situation is unfair or wrong
- What you have done to try and fix your complaint and the result
- Copies of relevant letters or other documents
- The result you are seeking.
