Your feedback improves our service
We value your feedback. From time to time, we conduct surveys of people who have made a complaint to our Office. These surveys are conducted by a research agency to ensure your anonymity is maintained at all times.
If you do not wish to be surveyed, please email us or write to us at Communication & Research Unit, Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Box 3314, Brisbane, QLD 4001.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of those who use this site and appreciate that visitors may have some concerns about their privacy, confidentiality and security of information they provide to us.
We currently use 'cookies' on our site. Internet cookies tag each visitor's browser with a random, unique number. The cookie simply assigns a number and does not disclose any personal information about the person using the browser.

As this is a Queensland Government web site, email correspondence sent to us is treated as a public record and is retained as required by the Public Records Act 2002 and other relevant legislation.
Your name and address will not be added to a mailing list, nor will we disclose your details to third parties without your consent unless required by law, except as indicated in our Privacy Plan.
